I made my order roughly 3 weeks ago, I received my confirmation email telling me I had purchased the fast shipping too, it still hasn't arrived and when I contacted the customer support they were no help, I asked one simple question "how long until my order arrives?" As it was meant as a birthday present for my friend and that date has been and gone, the response I received was clearly a generic response saying they were sorry and would try to solve it, but they never answered the one question I asked. And that is why I am rating them so poorly, if this issue continues much longer then I shall be requesting my product and a full refund as I should not be expected to have paid for fast delivery and the stupidly high delivery costs for it to be taking this long!
(Edit: just read a lot of other reviews where they are having the same issue and the company is literally COPYING AND PASTING THE SAME RESPONSE! Actually engage with the customers youre disappointing and help resolve it rather than just adding insult to injury, thought this brand was supposed to be one of the top lash brands, but after this experience I'm never ordering from you again and I would encourage others to find an alternate company with whom you might be respected as q customer!)

I have been buying Lilly lashes from the time she started out. I have always used GODDESS only. I have noticed that within the last year on the base of the lash the threading starts to come apart easier then it used to in the past. I have always sworn by Lilly lashes and have inspired a lot of friends to use them because of their quality and durability. This might be something to look at. I am not sure if there are different producing factories because sometimes I get a pink box and sometimes I get a white box. Overall I love them but the quality has gone down.

You guys have the best customer service I have ever experienced. Fast responses and you guys care about your customers. Customer service is so important to me so because of this, I am only going to use Lillylashes from now on.

First, my order was never shipped and I wasn’t notified it wasn’t shipped because it couldn’t be processed due to lack of stock. Then, I had to chase around asking what can be done now that my items are not in stock. Now I’m still waiting to see what is happening with my order. I’m very disappointed. I love Lilly Lashes and I was so excited to be ordering them again but it’s been a real hassle.

I love lilly lashes can reuse them more than 15 times and my favorite are lite mink ones!!

The lashes are hands down amazing, very lightweight and natural looking , however I has a problem with shipping. I’ve paid $45 for express DHL shipping and it’s already been nearly a week and I haven’t even received an email with tracking number: I’ve asked customer service to provide a tracking number twice but never heard back((

Lilly Lashes are my absolute favorite lashes of all time. They feel and look so natural. Shipping was so fast too.
